SEDATION DENTISTRY
DO YOU AVOID GOING TO THE DENTIST LIKE THE PLAGUE?
Would you rather endure the agony of a cavity or a toothache than step foot into a dentist’s office? Does the idea of a simple teeth cleaning make you squirm with fear?
If you’re afraid of going to the dentist—or haven’t been to the dentist for years—then trust me, you’re not alone. Many people put off having the dental care they need because of anxiety and outright fear. The good news is that we can help you. We see patients like you every day. Dr. David Sherberg has helped literally thousands of other patients who were also nervous about dental treatment. Treating patients afflicted with dental anxiety and fear is a major focus of our practice. Dr. Sherberg is one of few dentists also certified in IV Sedation Dentistry. You can finally relax at the dental office and get the dental work that you need to be done, often in just a handful of appointments.
Dr. Sherberg is one of only a few dentists that is qualified to give IV and oral sedation for all procedures, extensive or minor. We also offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for lighter sedation. Together we will form a plan to correct any problems you have - and you will be comfortable throughout the work - often times with little memory of it at all.
SEDATION DENTISTRY IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:
- Your pain threshold is very low
- You have trouble sitting still in the dentist's chair during a procedure
- You have a bad and debilitating gag reflex
- You have years worth of dental work that needs to be completed that is weighing you down
- You had a painful or bad dental experience in the past
If you're ready for healthy teeth, a better smile, and a better life, give us a call or click below. It all begins with a quick and easy conversation. Call our office at (727) 914-2707 to determine how sedation can make your dental visit comfortable and relaxed.
DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT...
"I never smiled, I always looked like I was frowning, never had a picture taken. When I saw Bayway’s flyer, I came in, talked to them, found out what needed to be done, and told them they can’t do anything without sedation.
I now laugh and smile all the time... I am proud of my teeth and they’ve done a great job. There isn’t anything I can’t eat. I don’t think there is another dentist in the world like this one here, at least as far as I am concerned."
